How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home: The Ultimate Guide
Found the perfect MINDEKA ring but not sure about your size? Don't let sizing stress get in the way of your new favorite jewelry piece! Measuring your ring size at home is actually super easy. Here is our foolproof guide to finding your perfect fit in under 2 minutes.
The String & Ruler Trick (The Easiest Way!)
-
Grab a piece of string or a thin strip of paper.
-
Wrap it comfortably around the base of the finger you want to wear the ring on. (Make sure it’s snug enough so it won't fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle!)
-
Use a pen to mark where the string or paper overlaps.
-
Unwrap it and measure the length in millimeters (mm) using a ruler. This is your finger's circumference.
-
Check our MINDEKA Ring Size Chart to find your corresponding size!
Measure an Existing Ring
Already have a ring that fits perfectly? Great!
-
Place the ring on a flat surface.
-
Use a ruler to measure the inside diameter (the distance straight across the inside of the ring) in millimeters.
-
Match that measurement to our size chart.
✨ MINDEKA Pro Tips for the Best Fit:
-
Temperature Matters: Your fingers shrink in the cold and swell in the heat. For the most accurate result, measure your fingers at the end of the day when they are at their largest.
-
Stacking Rings: If you are buying rings for stacking or going for a thicker band, we recommend sizing up half a size for a more comfortable fit.
